Project Overview
Located at 447 Gregory Terrace, Oria Spring Hill is a striking 15-storey residential development that will redefine inner-city living in Brisbane. Overlooking the future Victoria Park Olympic Precinct, the project combines Art Deco-inspired architecture with contemporary luxury, featuring a rooftop pool, cinema, wellness facilities, and even a pickleball court. We were engaged to deliver the Electrical Building Services Engineering design for the project. Throughout the project, we have worked closely with all parties to ensure the building services systems deliver both technical performance and architectural elegance.
